These terms govern your use of the Daolytica platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Daolytica is an early-stage product offered to a small group of partners, and these terms will evolve. Questions go to founders@daolytica.com.
Accounts
Access is invitation based and limited to approved email domains. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service.
Acceptable use
Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with any export-control and safety obligations that apply to your work. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data that is not yours, or reverse engineer the platform.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data and parameters you submit. You grant us the permissions needed to store and process that data to provide the service. We use our own infrastructure to hold core data.
Service availability
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis while in early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and results from simulations are provided for evaluation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daolytica is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
