Daolytica Ltd ("we," "us," "our") operates the TrueValue - Property and Bank2Excel extensions. We collect and process minimal personal data to provide and maintain our services in compliance with UK GDPR.
Daolytica Ltd is the data controller for all data processed through our extensions and associated services.
We collect only what is necessary to provide our service: email address and name for linking accounts to subscription tiers. We do not collect property search history, browsing data, personal property information, or location data beyond what is required for service functionality. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not access your financial information.
Contract performance to deliver purchased services. Consent provided at subscription.
Data is used to verify subscriptions and manage service access. It is not used for marketing or profiling. It is not shared with third parties except Stripe for payments and OpenAI for AI processing. Property data sent to OpenAI is processed transiently and not stored by OpenAI or us.
Email and name are deleted upon subscription expiry, which is 30 days from purchase. No long-term storage.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, or withdraw consent by emailing info@daolytica.com.
We implement measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. No online method is 100% secure.
Stripe processes payments under its privacy policy. OpenAI provides AI analysis without storing personal data.
Data is processed within the EEA. If transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply.
Services are not intended for individuals under 18.
Updates will appear on this page. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

By using the Bank2Excel or TrueValue extensions ("Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, discontinue use. Service Provider: Daolytica Ltd, United Kingdom.
Bank2Excel converts PDF bank statements into Excel or CSV locally on your device. TrueValue analyzes property listings and provides AI-based valuation insights.
Data Accuracy: We do not guarantee extraction accuracy. Verification is your responsibility. We accept no liability for loss or errors. Always cross-check with originals.
No Financial Advice: We are not authorized by the FCA. The Service is a technical tool only.
Verify data accuracy. Retain originals. Comply with laws. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes. Maintain account security and report unauthorized access.
No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Performance may vary by system. OCR features are experimental.
Free Plan: One-time access. Pay-As-You-Go: £0.15 per conversion, minimum two, valid 30 days. Subscriptions: Basic, Pro, Enterprise. No auto-renew. User-initiated renewal only. All payments via Stripe. Prices may change. No refunds if the product is used.
The Service and materials are owned by Daolytica Ltd. Do not copy, modify, decompile, or redistribute. Users retain ownership of their uploaded files.
We do not store personal financial information. PDF processing occurs locally in your browser. Stripe manages payment data. See the GDPR Privacy Policy above.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive damages, data loss, corruption, or third-party failures. Use is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or non-payment. We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
