Daolytica Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the DAOlytica apps and extensions. We collect and process minimal personal data to provide and maintain our services in compliance with UK GDPR.
The DAOlytica suite includes our Google Play Android apps, Chad & Lexi, Signal One, and ScreenPick, as well as browser extensions such as TrueValue Property and Bank2Excel.
This further extends into DAOlytica cloud laboratory which provides blockchain experience.
Below are our rules and regulations. By using our services and apps, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Daolytica Ltd is the data controller for all data processed through our extensions and associated services.
We collect only what is necessary to provide our service: email address and name for linking accounts to subscription tiers. We do not collect property search history, browsing data, personal property information, or location data beyond what is required for service functionality. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not access your financial information.
Contract performance to deliver purchased services. Consent provided at subscription.
Data is used to verify subscriptions and manage service access. Property data sent to LLM is processed transiently and not stored by LLM or us.
Email and name are deleted upon subscription expiry, which is 30 days from purchase. No long-term storage.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, or withdraw consent by emailing info@daolytica.com or via https://tally.so/r/jaZjxJ (to be used for Chad & Lexi only).
We implement measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. No online method is 100% secure.
Stripe processes payments under its privacy policy. OpenAI provides AI analysis without storing personal data.
Data is processed within the EEA. If transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply.
Services are not intended for individuals under 13.
Updates will appear on this page. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Subscriptions: based in app settings.
The Service and materials are owned by DAOlytica Ltd. Do not copy, modify, decompile, or redistribute. Users retain ownership of their uploaded files.
We do not store personal financial information. PDF processing occurs locally in your browser. Stripe manages payment data. See the GDPR Privacy Policy above.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive damages, data loss, corruption, or third-party failures. Use is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or non-payment. We may discontinue the Service with 30 days’ notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and DAOlytica regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings.
